> Law Firm Trip Planner is a SaaS app that helps law firms plan referral trips, organize the meetings on each trip, and optimize travel routes between them — so firms spend less time on logistics, grow their referral network, and win more referral work.

The product turns a list of law firms and contacts into an efficient, day-by-day travel itinerary. Users add the firms they want to visit, schedule meetings, and the app sequences and maps them into optimized driving routes, then surfaces what's happening "today" and tracks activity over time.

Core capabilities:
- Trip planning: group meetings into trips with dates and destinations.
- Meeting management: schedule meetings with law firms and contacts, with conflict and data-quality warnings.
- Route optimization: order meetings into efficient routes using Google Maps (geocoding, distance/travel time) with printable PDF route sheets.
- "Today" view: the meetings and route for the current day at a glance.
- Imports & exports: CSV / XLSX import, vCard contacts, and calendar (iCal) export.
- Stats: activity and trip/meeting analytics over time.
- Onboarding guidance: an in-app guided tour and how-to guide.
